Tweedle-dee! Guess who's 3?

Yes it was a party. Not just a party actually, it was a par-tay. YEAH!! It all started off with some pancakes shaped like three's. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of them but they were really cute. Believe me. After pancakes, it was time for a special present from me and Ryan (and I suppose Pito too).

The oh-so-very-longed-for doctor's kit!!

Actually, Plava likes pretending to be "wiv-wife" (midwife) and she often asks me to lie down so she can do things like feel the baby, measure my tummy, and take my blood pressure.

Since the doctor's kit arrived, she's added giving shots to her roster.

After the doctor's kit was tried out, Plava headed outside to have a jump in the bouncy castle before all the kids arrived!! WOO HOO!!

And then the party got started!!! We had lots of family, neighbours and a few others there. It was great!

The bouncy castle was a huge hit, as always!

As was the specially made butterfly cake by our next door neighbour who happens to have a cake shop. Here, a couple of Plava's good friends look on as I light the candles.

And then we sang "Happy Birthday!" This picture is of Plava while we're singing. She was so brave to not hide in Ryan's shoulder. Lot's of attention makes her pretty nervous. Can you see it in her face?

She felt better when she got her piece of cake, though. :)

After the par-tay, we checked out some of the presents. The new "kid scissors" were a hot item!

The tiara was my personal fave!

Whereas Ryan LOVED the tinkerbell costume!

As did Pito...

All in all, a great day. A great par-tay. A great birthday for Plava. Happy birthday, big 3-year-old girl!!!
